New for 2008: My Dog Can To That Tournament.

We are holding a monthly MY DOG CAN DO THAT! competition on the third Friday of every month at 7pm. The event is open to the public and the $10 (per dog) fee will be donated to the Humane Society of Washington County.

2008 Peaceable Paws Camps

 
Reactive Rover Camp - Spend 3-days with your dog-reactive dog in the company of a small number of others who share fears, frustrations, and experiences as owners of dogs who are socially inappropriate with other canines.   Practice controlled, sub-threshold exercises, learn stress reducing techniques for dog and human; Establish emergency escape procedures. Reactive Rover 2- This 3-day camp is offered for those who have completed Reactive Rover Camp and whose dogs were able to participate in Sunday's "full group" work in the arena.  Maximum 6 dogs per camp. www.peaceablepaws.com/classes/classes.asp?p=18 for more information.
 
Shaping Camp - Spend 3-days with your four-legged friend playing shaping games and perfecting your shaping skills.  Dog and handler should know clicker basics.  Maximum 8 dogs per camp.  www.peaceablepaws.com/classes/classes.asp?p=19 for more information.

   

2008 Intern Academies

 

Peaceable Paws Intern Academies are for the serious dog training professional or hobbyist. Each 6-day, 45-hour Academy includes hands-on positive/clicker training, lecture and discussion on the scientific principles of behavior and learning, written and practical tests. Approved CEUs for CPDTs.
