   You must show current vaccination certificate by the start of Class #2 or you  will be excused from class and no refund will be given.

   LOCATION: Classes are held at 17816 Spielman Rd., FairPlay, MD 21733. Take Exit 29 (Hwy 65) off Hwy 70, south toward Sharpsburg. Go approx. 5 miles, Turn right on Spielman Rd., go approx. ½ mile, turn into long gravel driveway. When driveway splits, turn left.  When you get to the house turn left and park along the long side of the training center. Enter through the double purple doors.
  Liability Release

I, the undersigned owner/handler (client) of the dog described above do hereby agree that Pat Miller, Peaceable Paws, LLC and all Peaceable Paws employees and agents will not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from failure of the dog to respond to any cues or behaviors taught to the by Peaceable Paws or resulting from counseling and advice supplied to the owners/handlers of the dog.  The dog’s behavior now and in the future is solely the responsibility of the owners/handlers (client) of the dog.  Should any behavior on the dog’s part now or in the future result in damage to the property, owners, or person or property of some third party, owner agrees to assume full responsibility for any and all such damage, and to absolve Pat Miller and Peaceable Paws and all Peaceable Paws employees and agents from any and all obligations to pay such damage to owner/handler or third party.  All dogs are trained or otherwise handled or cared for by or owner/handler receives instruction from Pat Miller and Peaceable Paws without any liability whatsoever against Pat Miller, Peaceable Paws or any Peaceable Paws employee or agent for loss, damage from disease, death, running away, theft, fire, injury to or from persons, other dogs or property, or by any other causes.
